Beehive
- Challenges - booking is difficult, complicated and VERY manual.
- Currently spreadsheets are shared between NTE and our clients and this creates room for human error.
- Currently, there are situations when the number of hours that service providers work at NTE does not align with the workload coming to the business.
- End-user and client are both students and schools. Students can book our services for themselves but schools can also book our services for their students.
- This is a hotels.com + Uber Eat model

The UI to connect live captioner with students, so that students can view the transcript and other features in realtime with the live lecture. Messenger Pigeon will connect to the speech recognition and translation services at the backend, and have a very friendly UI/UX for editors to efficiently correct the errors in the speech recognition.

Owl
Owl is an internal and external dashboard with integration to different NTE product databases that shows any information related to users, signed up schools, pipeline of schools etc. Own will act as a basic CRM for sales team, shows school admins their student users and information pertaining to them.
A dashboard we are developing, which external clients can use to monitor the use of our products. For example, how many students have used captions this month? How many requests have been made to NTE? Etc. It will also be a useful internal tool for monitoring the use and performance of our products, like the revenues of note taking, etc.

Cougar (aka SMART Notes, ANGEL and ANT)
A long term project to create a service which automatically generate class notes based on speech recognition and natural language processing techniques. NTE hosts many unique data sources that can be fed into the aI, whether that be class audio, video, textbooks, student bookmarks, student notes, etc. Furthermore, we will need to evaluate the feasibility of training an AI to parse out key notes.
